Controller for marketing/website: Goonet Technologies Ltd, Cumberland House, 15–17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG. For merchant processing we may act as processor or controller depending on the activity.

- KYC / KYB information for onboarding and monitoring.
- Transaction metadata needed to process and settle payments.

3. Purposes
Contract performance, AML/KYC and scheme duties, security and fraud prevention, and marketing where permitted.
4. Sharing

Where data leaves the UK/EEA we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK IDTA / SCCs).
6. Retention
Kept for Services, chargebacks, AML records and legal claims, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.
