1. Licence and ownership
Hardware may be sold or provided under a monthly plan. SoftPOS software is licensed, not sold.
2. Acceptable use
- Use only with your approved merchant account.
- Do not tamper with security or reverse engineer.
- Install updates we release.
3. Care, loss and return
Take reasonable care. Lost/stolen/damaged devices may incur replacement fees. Return rental devices on termination.
